Pretty sure you have to get all of the girls affections to max (save for 2, the statue girl and the gossip girl), it's easier to do so in new game plus where you can get 4 weeks after your termination notice. Try to raise their affections evenly, and only get one to around 8 once you're ready for the termination notice. If you get all their events and whatnot, you should be able to show the principle your GTO (or whatever it's called) and be the permanent sensei, and from there you effectively get endless mode if you want it.
Fucking hell, the time limit is too brutal, even on ng+, 6 events left, 2 days left, literally impossible unless there's a way to cheat engine the days back. Anyway, game seems to punish you for using your ng+ perk (the love/hate bento) if it's true that 8 points on a girl is the magic number for termination deadline to start, i personally find that incredibly stupid instead of having it start after x amount of days passed.
Fuck it, ill just find a 100% save file, this ain't worth the hassle anymore.

absolutely possible, once the end of the game is decided, you can just shearche the number of days left in cheat engine to just set it to 200 days left if you want

I didn't get succed away, I just had an absurd amount of work on my hands on top of Youmaen (I've become a freelance translator, and now that's how I earn my bread). And I admit I kind of forgot about this website... Sorry!
I handed the full translation to Tokinokogiri, the game dev. He's very satisfied with it and plans to put it on DLsite once he checks everything. It was a wild ride, but I'm glad to say it was a great one! And seeing a game dev recognize my efforts like that feels really good. It's only a matter of days, so consider supporting Toki if you want him to make more amazing succubus games!

Things tried and tested that can help with avoiding getting fired after 3 keylocks in the hunt for the good ending
Hokusai rain event: sensei goes to ask the principal about her story and he skips the principal firing him.
Primula final scene: another skip because he spends time with her instead of the principal, I don't know if her entire love route skips it because he has events with primula on his extra hours, or it's only that final scene.
Sensei getting his STR and NRG too low before a drain event and by being knocked out to 0 or below, he skips it because the principal sends him home right away due to weakness, It is easier to do on a FOOD route tho, on LOVE route they don't drain him as much.
And apparently, it doesn't matter if sensei is fired on a Friday or Monday, the 1-month reprieve is a lie, he'll always skip 2 days before going back to work. but i'm not sure, i wasn't paying much attention when it happened.
This game needs a walkthrough m8, this feels like I'm back in 2010 playing persona FES and having a pdf of 300+ pages to micromanage everything to get Orpheus tellos in one perfect run.

What dafuq does "way too loli" even mean? Does this mean if there's a game with only one loli then it's fine to post it here? If some people here think loli is cp doesn't that mean that any hentai game having even a single loli should just outright be banned? I always find these "UH THEY KIDS?" takes weird inside of hentai sites because rape, beastiality, anthro(furry), brainwashing, blackmailing, sadism, gore, vore, etc... never get that treatment.
Anyone crying about lolis should have also an issue problem with at minumum half of the ones above because it's also another form of "sexual violent fantasy". Yet no one goes after those

I also agree with the "UH THEY KIDS?!?" thing, this site has a bunch of extremely fucked up shit in its catalogue, but somehow loli content is when it goes too far. A Site that lets games like Domina, for example, with all its glee on being misandric as fuck with the most fucked up depictions of cruelty i ever experienced getting a pass. But a wholesome game like Youmaen, which has one of the best character focused content I've seen in a long while for a porn game, and really pulls the heartstrings (those endings made me cry like a kid), being deviled as the worst thing, because of the antiloli brigade is the most moronic thing ever.
